I have an '88 civic hatch and i just bought a new racing seat for the driver's side because the old was torn apart, when i took the seat out i noticed a difference in each side of the seat one side had risers due to the floor i have universal sliders on the new seat but i don't know what to do about the risers and help is appreciated.

 

might need to seperate the sliders from the mounts on your stock setup and then use your aftermarket slider on the stock mount.
