Default 140 whp on d16y8

That is my goal since i have no money for either swap or turbo like i thought i would, but i still want a little more power. I put together a simple list that might get me there:

pnp head
zex cam
cam gear
vafc
i/h/e
good tuning and dyno time

if there is anything u sohc guys can suggest please do so. I was thinking maybe I can get a thinner head gasket to raise my compression just a bit but i not sure if that would work.
thanks.
