Stock D16Y7 SMSP big tube header and race exhaust.
Adjusted valve lash about 2,500 miles ago, .001 tighter on IN/EX than factory specs. Starts up on the first crank and idles fine. I'll be cruising and clutch in and shift into neutral when coming to a stop and it will die. This isn't every time, but happens a couple times a day. Only CEL is from running one o2 sensor. Never had this problem before. Seems like it is getting worse every week.

 

Have you pulled the codes again recently to make sure another code hasnt appeared? Every civic from that generation i have worked on that has the primary o2 sensor go bad has the exact same symptoms.
