What CRX do you have? (DX/HF/Si) If you have a DX you've got a little more work ahead of you: MPFI Conversion.

If you plan to do any proper tuning then you should go ahead and convert to OBD1 and use a P28 or similar ECU.

i second that, just do it right and convert to OBD1. You'll need to either swap the plugs over from your distributor onto the Z6's or use a distributor adaptor. Also get an ECU adaptor for the P28. You'll also need for wiring a subharness to connect the VTEC solenoid and pressure switch and a 4 wire O2 harness. If you have an Si you can reuse your injectors and resistor box or delete the resistor box and use the Z6's injectors but will have to solder on the obd1 injector plugs. The only other thing is you'll have to extend the wires for the fan switch from the back of the block to the thermostat housing on the Z6.

the cooling fan switch on a crx is mounted on the block next to oil pressure switch
and z6 is mounted on a thermostat housing, you just need to extend the wires.

After all that ecu talk I'll let you in on a secret.

Send your ECU to CRX Toad and have him chip your OBD0 ecu to a P28 spec (best thing to do in your situation). His signature has a link to his site with prices and what he can and can't do. Tell him I sent you.

The sensor will look like that. Notice you have 2 prongs, you will have 2 female recepticals with a grommet over it.

Honestly, plug everything else and look at whats left over and do the math...

I don't know why you want to know the color, they are all plug and play. You litterally can't mess it up unless you have something wrong with your wiring, or your engine.
