could anyone who had experiences or who is currently using toda B cams and Power FC provide me a base map (or the settings), so i could work on it from there.

Walbro 255LPH Fuel Pump
Fuel Pressure Regulator
68 mm bored Throttle body
Ignition Timing @ distributor is 18 degrees
94 Octane gas from local gas stations

Take your car to an Apexi PowerExcel dealer and have them tune the car. PowerFC is as simple as setting it to "autotune" and letting the ECU do its job. Autotune gets you a better basemap than anyone here can provide.
