Default Looking to start welding, is this mig worth anything?

Ok i would like to learn how to weld but just do very basic things such as exhaust, dpipes, flanges, intercooler piping. would this mig serve that purpose?
Opinions are appreciated.

looks like a good mig to start with. it however doesn't look brand new. I would pay no more than $200 for that

Save your money, its not worth it if it does not have a gas option

Yeah until I see the back of it, I'm not taking anyones word on rather it can or can not. I have looked at the sears mig welders and some have that option, some don't . The issue is getting a kit that would work with that.

I got one of those for christmas 10 years ago and it is junk!

Find a used miller like a XP 130 or 135. They can hook up to 110 and weld from 22 guage to 3/8 inch. They use gas. You don't want to get a flux core welder. They just won't weld like you want. If you haven't welded before than you will be in for some frustration and dissapointment. No offense but unless you are a natural or have welded before than it is bound to happen. PM me know if you need some more info.
