Yep those who run a Mugen N1 should not use stock ITR retainers and keepers..

The valve train got a bit loud so i was going to adjust it and when the feeler guage did not go in i pulled the rockers loose and to my great shock....

Nothing wrong with the head, I bet you just need a new set of feeler gauges.
