Swapped 89 CRX Dx d15b2 5 speed manual engine head, valves, water pump & starter for 88 CRX Dx d15b2 parts. Used 89 distributor, plugs, sensors, Intake manifold & harness.

I get 1 blink on the ECU when I turn the key - then no blinks. Purrs like a kitten except for a slight high idle ( 1500 rpms), & a small squeal that I think is just oil on a belt.

If all sensors are running right there should be no codes blinking on the ECU RIGHT? No blinking is GOOD? Or is it supposed to have a solid light or something?

 

mine does that too and it means that the ECU is running fine. don't worry about it! but the idle you gotta fix. i'm curious, does it idle like that after the engine is fully warmed up??
