The proper 17" size for an Integra is 205/40-17.
However, since you're concerned about a smooth ride, I would NOT recommend 17" wheels and tires. Tire sizes for bigger wheels have a shorter sidewall resulting in less ride comfort. Stick with 15" or 16".
