het guys im looking to buy some chrome rims or some black on chrome rims and i just wanted to know if i shouldgo with 17" or 16" wheels

 

well it all depends on your objective, are you going for more show?..or go? If show I'd say 17 w/215/40R17.. if go I'd say 16 w/205/45R16

 

im actually going for both but i want to have a smooth ride too

 

I'd definitely say some nice light-weight 16's then.. if you were going for even more go I'd say drop to 15's, but really 16's look nice on a teg with a drop.. check some out https://honda-tech.com/zerothread/1341591

 

The proper 17" size for an Integra is 205/40-17.

However, since you're concerned about a smooth ride, I would NOT recommend 17" wheels and tires. Tire sizes for bigger wheels have a shorter sidewall resulting in less ride comfort. Stick with 15" or 16".
