Default Possible '99 Accord Project

I won't go into details, but my family's at a point of car swapping, and, if I so desire, I could get my hands on my mom's '99 Accord coupe. It's got 106k on it, stock, one owner. It's in very good shape. 5 speed 4 cylinder. Only bad things are a few dings, one "custom" pin stripe from some jackass in a parking lot, and the fact that both me and my sister learned how to drive on it (she's still not so great at it either). The clutch isn't so great, but I don't see that as too big of a deal. Now, looking at this car, I see plenty of potential. Not shooting for a lot, but I'm thinking somewhere around 200-250 whp with a small turbo, shorter transmission (H23 probably), and a decent suspension setup. Right now, I've got a '92 Prelude SI that I've poured everything into, and I love the car, but it's still got a lot more problems than I can take care of (random oil leak from somewhere under the timing set, and one fair leak from a transmission seal near the top). I guess I want to know what I'm looking at spending for a turbo setup for this car. I'm thinking no more than 10 PSI. Would I still need new pistons, rods, etc? I know I'll need to invest in Hondata, and I've already got a good tuner, so it's really about the parts cost. I doubt I'd have any problems installing it myself, unless I have to break open the bottom end, largely because I don't have room or the time
