Default Clutch pedal sticks halfway

I've got a '92 accord. The clutch works fine or at least seems to. But after pressing down on the clutch pedal it sticks halfway up and I half to tap it with my foot to make it come all the way up. Anything simple?

sounds like the plunger in the master cylinder is hanging up, or theres a piece of debris in there. have you tried bleeding out all the fluid and replacing it. could help.
