Default swaping suspension

Will the stock suspension on my 95 civic ex fit on my 00 civic si? Then i want to take the suspension on my si (skunk2 coils and kyb shocks) and put it on my ex, will this all work?

The rear shocks of your EX will not fit the Si rears perfectly. You'll need to add 5mm of washers on each side of the bushing on the SI's rear lower control arm, because the EX's rear shock fork is wider than the Si's.

Likewise, the bushing on the EX's rear lower control arm is wider than the Si's, so the shocks from the Si will not fit over the EX's rear lower control arm without modification to the bushing.

modifying the bushings meaning cutting them smaller to fit?

Yeah I think you'd have to. Unless your current shocks were originally designed to fit the EX, and were modified from the manufacturer with washers or what not to make it fit the Si. I'd check that before shaving the bushing down on your EX.
