Default Specialist paint finish advice

Im currently building a CRX over here in the UK & have fallen for this paint finish.

Could anyone point me in the right direction for the supplier for this paint/clear coat?

It's Semi-Gloss. Instead of getting a typical High-Gloss clearcoat, you get one with more of a matte finish to it.

I personally use PPG. Covers well, sprays easy and shines like a ****! In your case you want a matte finish though.
Here are a couple cars that I sprayed with PPG.
My brothers hatch

My Car and VC's

My GF's Accord
