Del sol electrical problem everything blown?!

Hi some idiot i bought my car off jumped jdm map lights off of an orange wire in my power window switch.. When i was installing a new door handle the power to the map light touched the metal of the inside of my door and now:
-none of my windows in the car work
-my gauge cluster doesnt work ie no speedometer no tach
-turns signals dont work
I checked all the fuses PLEASE HELP ME IM GOING NUTS!

Fuse 36, 50 amp under the hood. Re-check 20 amp fuses 4,5,7,8 under the dash.
Maybe try a new power window relay, (under dash fuse box)
