im sure a ITR CAI from injen should bolt right up...i'm not sure if the bracket that holds the piping down will bolt up to your chassis but fitment shouldn't be a problem. Dont waste money buying a new AEM or name brand intake bro, try finding them used you'll save alot more...all your looking for is that carb sticker right haha...

You never have to worry about puddles w/ any form of short ram intake.
I'd say neither.
Find a piece of piping (like on ebay or the honda-tech market place) and slap an AEM or K&N filter on it. You have to remember that ALL piping for short ram intakes ARE created equal. Go cheap intake, get a good filter (I like K&N, but I run an AEM on my GTI VR6). You have to remember, they're good stuff 'n all, but you pay like 70% of the total price just b/c of the name...so get a crap pipe (as they're all the same...just without the sticker on it) and slap a good filter on it (which'll come with the sticker on it so you can put it on ur pipe
) and you'll be peachy.
Though that's for short rams. For CAI's I like the V2, personally. Though I'd replace the filter w/ a K&N. I think AEM made a block so it doesn't hydrolock, just don't hit puddles like a moron and you'll be fine, it takes a expletive of a lot of water in the filter (and a high rev (high vacuum/negative pressure)) to suck up water...but when it does suck up water, only needs like 1tsp or some ridiculously small amount to own your engine.
On a B20/VTEC, a CAI will net you power - a lot of power when compared to the power gains you'd get from putting it on a motor like mine (a Z6).
I'd go for the CAI if I were you, unless it's an autocross (strictly) machine or a lesser motor where a CAI would be worthless.
Just my opinions though.
