Default Wanting to turbo!

I have a little cash at hand and I'm debating on what shall I do. I have 3 options. First off, I have a 95 Civic EX.

Option 1 Treadstone kit: http://www.treadstoneperforman...o+Kit

Option 2 Greddy Kit: http://www.alamomotorsports.co...s.htm

Option 3 DIY Kit: I would put the kit together with new parts.

I plan on using uberdata or chrome pro for engine management w/plx wb setup and datalogging of some sort(i got a laptop). I also will be using DSM injectors and walbro fuel pump.

I plan on switching to B series in the future, but for now I want to turbo my D. My power goals are around 200-250 whp until I get into B series and starting building a block.

What is the best advice guys on route I should take, give me some ideas too. Also note if I'm missing anything.

Option 3 would be my first chioce having went with option 2 the first time myself.

Peicing together a kit is pretty simple, just do some research and you should be fine.

As for the tuning if you have never done it in the past i honestly wouldnt just try it if you havent done lots and lots of research, practice is perfect but tuning is not something easy at all. And honestly find someone that has some time invested in street tuning and go from there.

As for power i would say that making something in the middle of there wouldnt be that out of the question at all, but your not going to get a very dialed in car with a street tune, but thats just from my expierence.

This will help you out a lot for some of the common questions that you seem to have.

DIY: cheaper, you get the parts you want and you learn more in the process of piecing it all together
