does anyone know where i can buy a CRX HF front sway bar
The HF bar is the proven front bar for autocrossing an EF or CRX in street tire classes where the stock open diff is required.
In a nutshell:
Its just supple enough to give you more inside wheel traction in hard sweeps and corner exits, but its still firm enough to not cause slop problems in slaloms and sudden transitions.
Look for Tyson, he sometimes sells them too.

how soon do you need it?
I've got two i don't need, but I'm out of town and won't be home to ship it out for a month or so.
i was under the impression that honda wasn't selling the hollow bar anymore, just a replacement from another model.

last i heard, the part itself is discontinued from the dealer. its just listed for the sake of showing the part number.
you can get them from dismantlers who will separate the HF trim from the rest.
