its a plastic box, i believe its black and brown
its located on the driver side close to the part where you pop the hood.
its bolted on, you will need a size 10 socket to remove it
its a pain to bolt it back on

If you take out the coin tray in the CRX you will see it mounted there.

its may be hard to get to, but it is there, once I had to replace mine and now I just leave it hang. my local junkyard had some hondas, my relay came out of a 93 accord and works just fine
