Default Integra Question, about coilovers and shaving

Is it hard to install coil overs???

I'm buying them from my work which we will have to order them in, but are they good?? they are the APC type.
Anybody satisfied?? non-satisfied????

My last question.

on my 90 integra, I am going to shave the moldings off, but how do I shave the plastic molding on the bumper, which is the stock plastic(??or fiberglass). The doors I'm gonna weld on peice of metal then patch it up but on the bumper, rear and front, how do I do it cause I can't weld it because it will heat up the bumper and melt it.

any ideas????

not hard to install, easier than installing springs, and APC sucks.

Yeah APC sucks, I have Ground Control on my car and I am very happy. If you want info, http://www.ground-control.com

the suspension install can be a total pain if the Lower Control Arm bolts are stuck/rusted/frozen.
so be prepared for the dreaded "I broke a bolt in my LCA" syndrom. Good luck tho!

You can't. The bumpers have the appearance of "moldings." There is nothing to detach fromt he bumper as it is one whole piece.

but how do I then get rid of the plastic molding on mu bumper??? I've seen integra's like mine without the molding, and I'm wondering how they got it off.
