Default My mostly stock 95 EH2.

Hey everyone. My names Andrew and Im fairly new to Honda-Tech. I've been a member of alot of other import forums for about 2 or 3 years but ive never really gotten on here much. But Id like to more often! But Anywho. I dont know how to get outta the trial user mode or whatever but i guess it starts with posting more often lol.

This is my 1995 Paradise Blue Green Pearl Civic VX.

It was basically bone stock when I bought it. All it needed was a new water pump and battery and it was good. I got it for a steal! Anywho. I replaced those and put a new timing belt on it, cleaned it up real good inside and out and started daily driving it. Got me back and forth to work pretty good for awhile, but gas mileage and engine performance was getting worse every day. So I began looking for a new motor and things just happened to be the right time and I bought a friends JDM D15B swap with an 97 EX tranny for $350.

Did the swap over New Years and now it runs like a champ!

I ran 2 1/4 piping all the way from the EX manifold to a Vibrant flat black Street Power muffler. I also had some front end damage to fix.

The passenger side fender and corner light were busted when I bought the car. I fixed both. I also just recently put on Hawk Brake pads and Yokoham Avid Touring tires just to make ends meet. In about 2 weeks im dropping the car on Tokico Blues and Ground Controls.
Well thanks for reading!

You won't be forever. This doesn't belong here, and will be moved to the appropriate section. Sorry if that inconveniences you, but the rules apply to everyone.

Workin on it. Wheels will come eventually. I plan on buying Weds Sports TC005's in white for it. Should look awesome.
lol Bad news is that someone just backed into my car tonight while i was at mcdonalds. Its cool though. the guy had insurance and it will hopefully get me enough money to get a new bumper and lip as well.

In a way, I like the 'mostly-stock' 92-95's better. But please just don't get a big ugly lip like the spoon or mugen (whatever) lip that has the 2 holes in it. The worst thing you can do to a civic is put a 'wild' cosmetic part with the rest of the car almost bone stock. If you look at stock EX's, their OEM lip is one of the best looking. Not too agressive, just right.
