question on injectors

question on injectors
ok i know this has been discussed b4 but are the injectors for the d16y7 and d16y8 the same?
some say it is some say its not so i would like to clarify once and for all for a couple of reasons. for one it would help out a lot of people as its a fairly common swap to do. Two: i am running y7 injectors on my y8 as i was told they were the same. am i running the injectors too hard and should change to y8?
