hi can eny 1 help me with this problem
i have honda civic crx 92 D16A9 some time dont want to start wen it dont want to start i dont hear the fuel pump dont matter if its cold or hot.i leave it some time it works
Main Relay 100% ok i testd it.ignition switch is new.

 

when I dont hear my fuel pump go on its cause of the main relay but when i took off the black cover and squeezed two ends of the relay and turn the key it works I know a guy who has a rubberband to hold it tightly LOL but yeah make sure it doesnt work when you try what I just mentioned if it doesnt then look here

it sounds like its the main relay because that powers up the pump
unless you have a open circuit to the relay

it could also be that your fuel pump is messed up, but if this was the case
then it would never start

try a main relay that you know for sure its in good working condition

 

i did the k-test im reading 4.9volts. i think i have to chang ECM

 

how did you test the main relay??
