EX Dyno Question
Hey EX owners... i was wondering what you all have got on a Dyno? I searched "dyno" but there wasn't much of what i was looking for... I got 115.80 whp, and 102 lbs-ft... is that decent for having 17" rims?
What year civic? Not bad if it's a 5 or 6th gen.
it's obviously a 5g or a 6g...both of those dyno about the same anyway though.
Damn dude, is that stock? If so, you should be VERY happy. You are only losing like 8% of your bhp to the wheels when it should normally be at least 10 or maybe even 15. That's awesome dude...mine is probably not even that high and I have CAI and catback exhaust...

no it's not stock, its a 00' EX Coupe-- AEM CIA, DC 4-2-1, 5Zigen Catback... but im not really sure what i have.. the dyno was getting electrical interference from the timing light the tech left on the vavle cover. all of the dyno graphs stop and get all choppy after 5400rpm or so...(you cant read it) and i was driving it and didn't go up to the rev limiter, so i thought i red lined it but the graph shows i was about 500 or more rpms short of red line, and the max value there was at 115.80 whp, that's SAE, and no smoothing factors. (next time i dyno im just going to floor it until the fuel cuts.) so it looks like im pretty much to par. so i guess my bigger question is does the HP keep going up after 6200 rpms? and about how much?
