If you own the bilstein sport/race strut - can you PM me, please? I have a couple of silly questions which I'll post here actually:
1) There are 2 rings cut-outs on the rear strut and front body and there is a snap ring installed on the top cut-out. The provided spring perch rests against this per my test fits. I assume I can move the snap ring to the lower ring cut-out for even more lowering?
2) The fronts came with 2 peices of stainless tube? I am not sure what they do - do they just go on the bottom of the strut or something.
I am going to call Bilstein today to ask before I started working on the suspension tonight and this weekend. Please advise!
German instructions FTL!
Thanks!

Did some research and figured I'd put the info here for everyone:
1) Either ring hole can be used - 2nd one lowers the car 10mm more which is about .45 inches or so.
2) The tube is used for pounding the brake bracket back on the shock. after that it is useless and you can toss it.
Removing the stock brake bracket on GSR or ITR front struts:
Use a gig screwdriver (or chisel) and hammer. Stand the shock upright on a piece of wood, need helper to hold of the shock. Use the hammer against the end of the screwdriver and start tapping the bracket. It'll start to come loose after a few hard hits.
