My little brother needs to a nice, reliable, clean daily driver as his 240 is either about to be sold or swapped.

I'm looking for a car that meets the following criteria:
+Air Conditioning
+Power steering
+well maintained
+paint/body in good condition
+great MPG
+$4000 or less

Power options are a HUGE plus. Please no swapped cars unless its dead on reliable with ZERO issues. I look out for my little brother and I will not consider anything that looks troublesome. As far as cars go, the list is open. I'd let to get him something semi cool and a little fun to drive. Ideally, a 4-door Integra LS would be the perfect car in this situation. Color is not that big of an issue, but I would like to stay away from red if possible. Mods are not a plus in this situation. A little suspension work and wheels is really the only thing that would not bother me. I do not want a loud exhaust and a whistling intake. If you have or know anything that might interest me, please let me know! I'm looking to buy very soon.
