Bad Seller/Scam Artist


Cliffs: Sam know fully sold me parts that did not fit my engine. He sold a set of cam gears claiming they were for a B-series Honda engine. When I went to use them, they did not fit and I contacted him about the problems I was encountering. His reply was to accuse me of trying to rip him off, tell me that whoever was working on my car was incompetent, and that he wasn't going to do anything about this bad business. Someone who can look at photographic proof of their lying and deny it is not someone who should be selling parts in this community!

I'd love to believe that were true, but I don't see it happening.

 

This is the story...Jason purchased a set of Brand New STR cam gears B-series i had for-sale for $100. He had pm me asking if they were used or new when i stated that they were brand new meaning never used. He also had ask me where i live and wanted to buy them. We then met up at Chesterfield town center(mall) where he had the chance to look at them and ask me any qustion befor buying them. I told him that a friend had gave these to me becuase i was going to use them in my build (b18c5 that i had). He then ask me if the gears has been set or advanced i said "yeah they were set becuase my friend had set them that way to use on his b16 head he had". From there after that he then purchased the cams. Six months later i get a pm saying that i sold the wrong cams and they were used and he wanted his money back. I reply back saying "If you used them i wont give your money back but if they're still new then i mite refund your money back or willing to work with you." He then sended pictures of the cams line up with other ones which show that they dont look the same. I called my boi who gave me the cams gear and ask if the cams he gave me were for B-series? He said "dude i tryed them on my B16 head!" Thats all i need to hear. All i know like i said befor...if you would have called me the next day or within that months of purchased i would have gave your money back but you waited six months,Nice try budddy but iam not going to fall for this.

Don't buy from this guy, he will scam you with some bum parts just like this!!!

If you don't know if a part fits...either write that as a disclaimer to avoid this type of problem, or don't sell the part...I sell a lot of stuff, and have NEVER had a problem like this...I'll side with the ripped-off buyer. Refund his money to make this right.

Its funny that you have no problems asking your friends and family to come into other threads and rip on me, but when someone out of the blue sides with me, you get all offended.
