Default Suspension for AutoX/DD on EF hatchy

Long story short im buying my buddies ef hatch shell and going to make it my AutoX/Daily. On my hatch that I currently own I have Tokico Illuminas with S2 coilovers. That combo does very well for AutoX and not to shabby for daily driving. I guess im just kinda open to other ideas and would like to hear someother ppls opinion on what I should get the 2nd time around.

The reason I really like the Illuminas is because their adjustable, Ive heard many good things about Koni yellows but hae never owned them nor anyoneelse around here owned them that I know of.

Shoot me some Good Ideas and combos for Daily/autoX

Thanks in advance.

PS
I searched but theres a ga-zillion thread on suspension and I read through a few and they werent exactly asking the same thing I was.

for comfort you should focus on lower spring rates and adjustable shocks + bigger sway bars.

Lowering springs are to soft for autoX IMO

It doesnt have to ride like a BMW or nothing close.
I just want it to handle really good, and ride decent. Just not crazy bumpy

EDIT: Anyone have experience with these?

wouldn't waste your money on Function and Form, D2, ksport, etc
they are all the same thing, and seem not to last long from alot of recent posts about them leaking/blowing.

for about the same price you can get this setup with custom spring rates of your choice

Just go auto-x the car. Once your good enough, it will tell you what it needs...

PS: Tires are always the #1 suspension upgrade anyways...

While that is the setup I run (and purchased from redshift as well), since the OP already has Illuminas, he might be perfectly content to just get a set of Ground Control springs with custom rates, and see how it fares. No reason to swap out a perfectly good set of shocks, until the driver is ready to start dropping serious cash for that last 2% (or whatever the difference would really be between Illuminas and Konis, or even if they truely are faster).
