N/A H22 Hondata s100 or Neptune? read inside
I have a jdm h22a that is going to be tuned by whipfactory in chicago in a few weeks. I talked to someone there and he said if I dont care about datalogging and all the extras neptune would be the way to go. I think im going to just buy s100 used and call it a day.
I have seen my buddies wrx get tuned at P&L in chicago and have seen a headertest done on my buddies R swapped em1 but other than that I have little to no knowledge about tuning etc.
My setup is as follows:
Jdm h22a
exedy organic clutch
blacktrax iab delete/spacer
68mm tb
soon to come lovefab exhaust manifold
2.5" mandrel unrestricted exhaust
intake is apexi power intake on a wrx arm(the prelude arm wouldnt fit on the big tb)
intake will be most likely either a generic injen or a velocity stack on an arm
Im hoping for 180-190 when all is said and done. This car was built mainly for dd and circuit track lapping days. this motor 100% stock in my 96 accord ran a 14.9 @ 94, I dont think 13s without cams is unreasonable? what do you think?

Then I'd personally find a different tuner. However, if you're set on that shop, and you have to choose between those two systems, I would go with Neptune.

Neptune RTP. That way you can datalog and display the digital gauges on your laptop any time you want after it is tuned. You can't beat the customer service either. http://www.hrtuning.com
