yes it does run. wheren in wisconsin are you? i havent driven up there with it but i do drive it rush hour from orland to downtown chicago in heavy traffic. I don't know if that is any help but thats about an hour and half drive in traffic.

 

im in west bend, about an hour from milwaukee

 

i dont see why it wouldnt make it there. fyi i lowered the price.

 

pics with the hood open of the rad support. wanna make sure that the thing isn't tweaked.
