Searched cant find. HCP mounts B series CRX,SHIFT LINKAGE?

okay im using HCP mounts on my crx and i was wondering what you guys used as measurements on cutting and welding your shift linkage with this mount setup i tried 2/38 and its too short and angled,.LMK

I did the shift linkage on my friends car works good. He has hcp mounts and I shortend 2 3/8th.
