I just got the JDM conversion done, and the body shop that I got it done at said later that they do not do the headlight wiring. So my questions are....

What is the part # for the headlights bulbs?

How do I wire the turn signals?

same headlight bulbs for lowbeam (9006)
your USDM city light plugs into the sidemarkers
your USDM blinker bulb plugs into the corners
55w h3 for fog lights
h1 for high beam
and if you want to turn on the city light inside the high beam housing, splice the wires and hook up another USDM city light

 

for the fog lights DO NOT go over a 55w h3 bulb or the fog light lense will crack and fall inside the headlight if you use to high wattage of a bulb, just dont want to make the same mistake as me and a few other people.
