D16A6 head, I was told it's ported. It looks like it sat for a while and could use cleaning or possible rebuild, there's a bit of corrosion and carbon build up. It didn't come with a valve cover, but I'll include a sandblasted 8 valve VC with it. The only difference is that it doesn't say "16 Valve" above "Honda Motor Co."
