motor mount bolts broke off inside my block.. does neone have a write up showing the drilling out of the bolt and rethreading it or ne way of fixin my problem?

You might be able to tack weld something onto the top of the bolt and get it out that way.

Other than that if you can drill a hole out of the middle of the bolt where you're pretty much drilling out the whole bolt (except for the threads) then just kind of peel the threads out with a tap or small screwdriver or something. Only bad thing about that is you have to worry about centering and drilling perfectly...

I don't know if that's real clear or not...
