Default diy fuelrail sugestions wanted.

I am making a custom intake mani and I am going to use a length of the RMR fuelrail extrusion, I was just looking for some tips and advice about drilling it for the injectors I want them to seat well and not leak... I see ross machine racing sells a special drill bit to do it but its like 130.00 I only need it for 4 holes...

you could mark them where you need the holes and take it to a machine shop along with your stock fuel rail so they can match the diameter... I bet it wouldn't cost much at all.

why not just redrill your oem rail with a larger diameter drill? i did mine to 7/16" and that is the exact tap drill size for 1/4"npt. easy peasy lemon squeezy.

unfortunately vw 16v motors never came with factory fuel rails.
