i got these ITR looka likes the ones from jdmshit.com
i was planning on just keeping that seat for the passanger side but i kinda want sum thing else
which out of the top 2 would u guys pick lmk thanks

Neither because if you got into a accident you would be royally screwed. Those seats are probably not safety certified. Do not mess around with cheap seats. What is more important great looking seats or your back?

get some intergra leathers, they look really good
anything 94 up will fit. ebay has a few that are selling.
im also in the market for full leather GSR interior.

Or even some GSR cloth, they only run about 300. If you were to get into an accident i would imagine you and those seats would go through the 
windshield.

definitely go with reclinable seats, like everyone stated above, the ones you listed could be dangerous, depending on how much you want to spend, i personally vouch for the recaro srds
