Default Full-Race ProAm Traction Bars

I purchased a set of NIB ProAm traction bars. However they didn't come with instructions. Where doues the u-bracket get bolted to: the center LCA bolt or the suspension fork. Is one place better than the other. For those that use the motor mount, are you setting it up for the standard length between the mounts or do you shorten/lengthen the arm after connected in order to preload the motor mounts and ensure it stays tight? I have a set of billet Innovative mounts with the 75A bushings in a 96 DX EK so it should all work well together. Thanks.
