TB/skunk2 IM question

i have heard the skunk2 intake manifold whistles because it is 64mm while the stock gsr TB is 60mm. What would happen if i put a 65mm TB on there, would the whistle still be present? or should i just go for 64mm

why does it matter if u have a whistle sound or not?

cause it is very annoying, and id rather not have a whistling sound.
