Default intake for rsx

i have a injen short ram but i have been hearing rumors about someone dynoing a rsx wit intake and it lost horse power and they put a spoon airfilter in the stock airbox and it gained 13 so im thinking about doing that. does anyone know anything about this? thanks

I posted that before. Read it all. The short ram actually lost power.

I don't see where the Injen Short Ram lost power? I see it saying that the AEM Short Ram lost power. The Injen numbers are higher than stock on the one's I see in that link.

Injen short ram is the same. I don't see a difference in the design, but yes it talks about the AEM short ram and not the injen short ram.

Why get the AEM or Injen short rams when there is the Mugen, ARC, AEM V2, or Comptech, which are all better.

you should have just done it right the first time, thats one thing you will learn rather quick when modding your car. if you just get better quality parts first then your not fucked in the long run

Just installed my short ram aem in my type s . I haven't dynoed it yet but I can definitely feel a significant increase in the pick up. And it sound AWSOME!.
Im happy with it as for now. but i will probaby get a cai in a few months.
