NGK Wires = Blown Coil?

NGK Wires = Blown Coil?
This ever happen to anyone? Did a simple ignition tune-up with plugs, cap, rotor and NGK Blue wires and now i don't get spark?
I'm wondering if when i fix the problem i should put the Blue wires back on?
