I am having a debate with someone on another forum about which head is the best flowing, I am arguing the b16 and he is saying the b18c. I remember seeing flow charts saying the b16 head outflows all other b series heads on a flow bench, can anyone back this up?

 

since the b18c5 is just a b16a with a mild port job the b18c5 should not even be considered a b18c head at all.

 

i think the b16b shares the same head as the b18c5. not sure about the jdm itr. (b18c)?
