gsr shift linkage

ok peeps...need a little help...my shift linkage is bad...want to know if i should buy after market one or stock ones....and what kind is better...let me know...i have a 97 gsr...

Whats bad? the linkage itself or the bushings? If it's just bushings you might as well upgrade to polyurethane, I have them and they make for a much better feel.
