First, I have to mention that I have not driven in nearly 2 years. The reason is I live downtown Chicago and have no need for a vehicle. I just graduated and now I am feeling out what is available for me to waste wholesome time with. I am also very particular since I am not looking for a car to get from A to B on a daily basis nor a project.

I am ONLY interested in the following:
88-91 crx si
92-00 civic coupes
92-00 civic hatches
94+ 2dr integras
97+ preludes
550cc-750cc sport bikes

Huge bonus points if it has no rust and rear disc brakes. It must have a manual tranny. Exterior color isn't the most important issue, body structure and health of paint is crucial. Interior must be other than a light color and would not mind it gutted/caged. AC/PS/CC is not a big issue either. Title condition is also not important as long as it's legit and you have it in your hand. Swapped or stock, single or dual cam doesn't matter as long as it's healthy and maintained. No rice, period.

I would like to spend $4,000 cash. That doesn't mean I only have 4g. If you're priced over $4000 I'm not here to low-ball you, but it would be personally wise to keep my budget limit in line for the time being. If there's an incredible deal... such as, someone shot the President and now needs to sell his R for $8000, then that's a different story.

I've sold my Civic on HT, and for a year was looking for the right buyer, I could not be happier to whom I sold it to. So I know serious sellers look for serious buyers, I'd like to consider myself such a buyer. I can only ask that you're doing the same.
