Default Spraying on My B18C

i know it is not quite an all motor topic, but my motor is all-motor.
I have a B18C with P30 Pistons, Fidanza flyweel, Buddy club 3 cams and cam gears (soon goin to switch to spec-4), ITR valvetrain, i Currently have the GSR IM but i have one of the home-job-ITB with GSXR flutes. JDM ITR4-1 header, 4.785 final drive and ITR LSD all on a spoon Chipped ECU (plan to switch to Hondata s300 very soon, or crome but crome seems to have to much extra things to buy in order for me to burn the map).

The car is quick, but i have been thinking about spray for quite a bit but i got it confirmed when i was on my way home few nights ago. a friend of mine with a supra, made a mess of me when he came on boost in the high speed range. from low speed it was fine but when i got 3rd and he started to spool i ran out of breath, and he went away.

I want to kno exaclty how much is my compression with the Stock deck height B18c with P30 pistons.?
and can i spray on that motor?
I was told that i can , i just have to pull the timing 2 degrees for ever 50hp and to increase my fuel pump and ingnition system. Is this so?
What would be a safe shot for me to run with out blowing up ?
Anything that i need to get or that i should do ?

Your best bet would be to post this question in the forced induction fourm since they are common questions asked in that section.
