Default Changed BMC and still a mushy pedal

I just changed my brake master cylinder.I bench bleed it then installed it and i also have speed bleeders on the calipers which i used to bleed the lines and the pedal still feels a little mushy.could it be that my pedal needs adjusted?or any other ideas?

Pump it and press firmly, does it slowly bleed off like a leak somewhere? Check your rubber hoses.
