2006 Civic DX Questions
i have a 2006 honda civic DX and today i noticed that today across my odometer screen that it says CHECK FUEL CAP. so i cleaned the inside of the fuel door the cap. even the inside were it screws in. then i returned and started the car. it still does it.
ive also had problems. with in the past 3 or 4 months sometimes when i turn on the car. it does nothing at all no power or nothing. i turn it off the turn it on and it acts normal.
then sometimes going from any gear into drive it clicks when the car engages into drive even if i put it into drive and sit and wait for it to engage. the car is an automatic.
i called honda and set up an appointment for friday. but i was wondering if any one has experienced any of these problems. and if anyone has gotten them fixed by honda.

as far as check fuel cap, make sure you have the cap all the way one. if not it will say that.. only way to reset it is to let it reset itself after a few cycles.
