91 civic won't fire

91 civic won't fire
My 91 civic has been pretty reliable but this morning it wouldn't start.
I turn the key and it turns over like normal, sounds all normal, but it just won't fire, my first thought was the spark plugs but they SEEM fine (in a hurry so more thorough check will be done later). if they aren't the problem. any ideas on what it may be?
