Default removing rear acura symbol

i wanted to debadge my car i was wondering how do you remove the rear A symbol on the trunk without breaking it ? do you have to do it through the little hole in the plastic panel that you can remove or take the whole plastic panel off?\

pics and advise would be very helpful thank you

I took my badges off w/ dental floss (gently moving back and forth so I did scratch the paint). Just any FYI, when you remove the "A" there are 2 holes where it holds it up.

what he said above
use a floss
work from the outside towards the middle using a saw-like motion
then just pull it off
goo gone and a blow dryer can help loosen it up

1.After you get through the glue part, just pull it out gently.

2.The emblem will come out and there will be 2 white prices still in the 2 holes on your trunk.

3. to take the white pieces out, I just used a needle nose plier to pull them out (watch out for your paint!)

Hope this helps!

When I bought my "H", it came w/ new plastic pieces attached. So when I took off my "A", the old plastic pieces were still in my trunk.

I did it to be abit different from other RSXers that have a similar set-up as mine. Some peeps put it on to take their car back to the JDM style (I'm sure you know, but if not here's the explaination, there is no Acura RSX in Japan, they are all Honda Integras)

Yup, I'm familiar (mom's Japanese ). Just wondering. I kinda like the Acura symbol better, myself, but to each his/her own, right?

If I see an H emblem on a RSX/Integra, I speed up to see if it's the RHD one from around here. It's the only one that deserves the H.
