Default advise needed!

I'm lookin to mod a little for the summertime.... I have looked at wheels and coilovers but honestly i dont have the money to drop 2grand on suspension alone i want the same finish as my stock wheels but a little bigger <U>whats the best setup you guys have seen as far as wheels similar to the ap2s and what offset? whats a good suspension for the price and how low should i go?<U></U>

Mugen MF-10s for the wheels, Showa adjustables with Swift progressive springs, and a $5-6k loan.

You'd have to spend close to $2k ($1200-$1800) for any decent type of coilovers.
