mgiht wanna camber kit..tires wont last as long depending on how much of a drop

WRONGZOR!! camber will barely wear out your tires. Especially the amount afforded by lowering springs. Dont waste your money on a camber kit. Just get an alignment so you fix your toe and you shouldnt have any IRREGULAR tire wear problems at all.

Since your car will be more bouncy than stock (tires are constantly scrubbing out as a result of changing angles when the car bounces), and less co-operative to bumps, your tires will wear out faster even with an alignment....but thats with any lowered car. They will usually wear out nice and even, though as long as you get your toe fixed.

 

b serious - i thought that if its just lowering springs i should have a pretty stable ride, because my car now has lowering springs, i just wanna upgrade, and get the shocks with it ... but do you think thats a nice set up?

it's a good setup for comfortable daily driving. Springs are usually on the soft, comfortable side. I've had coilovers, on all my previous cars. I now have lowering springs on my S2000, and stock suspension on my GSR. lol im getting old or something. I like the ride of my SKUNK springs. They're a good performance/ride quality compromise. Plus, most guys will do better with springs handling wise because most people dont know how to set up coilovers anyway.

it's good that you got shocks, these should give you a nice overall ride. It will still bounce more than stock, though, even if it is slightly more. My friend has tokicos and skunks on his prelude, and it rides really nice.
