Grind somewhere before car warms up...
This all started about a year ago. My 95 LS has started having this grinding sound between 3400-3800 RPM and 4400-4800 RPM in any gear (well at least 1-3) and it also still does it if I have the clutch pedal fully pressed down or in neutral and rev the car up to these RPMs. Sometimes it does it in very low RPMs also.
It only does this before the car is warmed up. Once it is warmed up the sound goes away. If I have my windows down it sounds like a grind but also sounds tingy, like metal tapping on metal very fast. I don't really know how to describe it but it is becoming very annoying.
I have changed the transmission fluid recently with the new Honda MTF. That didn't affect it at all. Could it be my clutch? I don't really know what it could be. The vehicle has 79,000 miles on it and has never been in an accident. The only modification is suspension that I put on after I got the vehicle.
Thanks in advance!

Have a friend rev the car and isolate the source of the noise. Check your exhaust especially. I doubt your clutch is the culprit since the sound occurs whether or not it is depressed.
